Organization Niesje Wolters van Bemmel pays the parking fees for the participants during the build-up day as well as the exhibition day, so you don't have to buy a parking ticket at the machine.
To prevent too many people from standing at one stand, we have a maximum number of people and badges per stand:
2 / 3 and 4 linear meters = 2 badges, i.e. 2 people behind the stand.
5/6 linear meter = 3 to 4 badges, i.e. a maximum of 4 people behind the stand.
7/8 linear meter = 4/5 badges, i.e. 4/5 people behind the stand.
9/10 linear meter and more = 5 badges, i.e. 5 people behind the stand.
The badges are not for family or acquaintances who come as visitors!!
WHAT DOES A CARRÉ STAND, WALL STAND, HEAD STAND OR FLOOR SURFACE MEAN?
A stand is in a square arrangement, you have colleagues next to and behind you, a wall stand speaks for itself. Tables on the wall and in a driving position have a sitting/standing space of 1.30 meters behind the table. The tables in the Brabanthallen are 2 meters long, 70 cm deep and 75 cm. high. Each stand has an exit on the left and right that must be shared with other colleagues to walk in and out, no boxes or other obstacles (chair) may be placed there, also because of fire regulations. A headstand is always 4 meters and has 2 meters of space behind the stand and is at the beginning (the head) or end of a square. Floor space is 1 square meter next to the table to place a clothes rack, for example, and has the same meter price.
POWER CONNECTION
The halls are well lit! A power connection is not an option, the costs for supplying electricity connections are far too high for 1 day.. Also look for our tip to work with a battery!
SEATS
Each stand will receive 2 folding chairs free of charge. If you need more chairs, please inform us at the latest 4 weeks before the fair.
Urgent request not to have visiting friends or family behind your stand! Then go to the catering industry with your visit. It is pleasant for you, but you cause nuisance to your fellow exhibitors who are standing next to or behind you. Free WIFI is available in the area of the catering square.
STAND CONSTRUCTION:
It is mandatory to provide your table(s) at the front and back with tablecloths that reach up to approx. 10 above the ground!! This is to prevent visitors from seeing your boxes/packaging material etc., it is very sloppy and that is not the intention. As an organization we want to give the fair a neat appearance and eventually you will notice this in your sales! The back of the table does not need to be covered if you have a wall space.
Extend?
Respect your colleague next to you with the layout of your stand!
Placing tables or table tops you have brought along to deepen your stand is allowed, provided you have a wall space or, if that is not the case, in good consultation with your fellow exhibitors so that they are not inconvenienced! Under no circumstances should it lead to discussion or misunderstanding. It is not allowed to extend your stand in the direction of the aisle or in the length (obstruction of exits), but keep in mind that after 'deepening' your stand you will lose your own walking space behind the stand and you cannot use it. may use the walking/standing space of the colleagues around you, putting down a chair in the aisle is of course not allowed. As soon as you come across the above complaints, you must, without any form of discussion, return your stand to its original state, take this into account before you start furnishing! Fire department regulation: Your sales area is limited to the space where your table is located. Aisles, (emergency) the corridors and fire reels must remain free of goods and/or other obstacles, i.e. you may not place goods on the floor next to and/or in front of your table!
SMOKING : It is forbidden to smoke in the entire complex of the Brabanthallen.
IMPORTANT:
You may only start clearing your table(s) after the trade fair has closed, i.e. from 5 p.m. on Saturday. It is not permitted to leave your stand, dismantle, carry boxes, etc. before 5 p.m. As an organization we will monitor this strictly, compliance with this prohibition is firstly, out of respect for your fellow participants, the organization of the fair and the visitors, who have the right to see everything until the official closing time, moreover, compliance with this rule will improve the atmosphere and quality of the fair. Failure to comply with this rule will result in being permanently banned from participating in future fairs. The unloading doors will open after the fair at 5 p.m.
FORBIDDEN: It is forbidden to leave empty packaging material (boxes, etc.) and of course food leftovers in or near Brabanthallen, you must take these home with you! So don't leave anything behind in or near Brabanthallen. Those who do not adhere to the rules will be charged the costs! (please don't put it on a colleague's table either).
THEFT: Pay close attention to your stand during the fair, but also during set-up/breakdown times! Never leave your table, handbag, cash register, etc. unattended and carry your money on your body (bum bag or similar).
After the construction day, cover your table with, for example, a sheet and fasten it to the undercloth with safety pins. Brabanthallen and Niesje Wolters van Bemmel v.o.f. can in no way be held liable for (injury) damage and/or theft of trade or property of the participant / participant, both during the fair and during the entire stay there. (Don't forget to read the Terms and Conditions for Participants carefully!)
ATM There is no ATM in the Brabanthallen! Increase your turnover to enable debit cards at your stand via, for example, the contactless super simple popular SumUp (no contract needed).
Sending a potential customer out of the building to find an ATM is a lost customer!
(the nearest ATM is at Den Bosch Station, which is a 15-minute walk away).
Place a translation app on your mobile phone! As most of you know by now, the visitors come from all parts of the world, sometimes it is difficult if you can not communicate with The solution is simple: Place the Google translation app on your mobile, we have already tested it and it works almost perfectly and very fast.
IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO DISTRIBUTE OR DISTRIBUTE FLYERS FOR THIRD PARTIES TO OUR VISITORS. We have a partnership with a number of exhibition organizations regarding the distribution of flyers. First ask Suzan and/or Paul whether the exhibition organization for which you want to distribute flyers has a partnership with us!
Don't miss an opportunity and let your target group know that you are present at this fair as a participant via email, your website and social media!
Perhaps a lot of 'rules', but the above ensures a pleasant atmosphere and a wonderful fair! Together we will make it another great event, as you have come to expect from us for 45 years! We wish you a pleasant and successful fair!
Below is the route for parking and the unloading and loading of goods for participants!
